Property Maintenance

Ongoing upkeep for roofs and exteriors, so small issues get sorted before they turn into costly repairs.

Staying ahead of repairs, not behind them

Most roof and exterior problems don’t appear overnight — a loose tile, a blocked gutter or a hairline crack in render sits unnoticed until it’s caused real damage. Regular property maintenance catches these early.

We check the roof, guttering, fascias and exterior finishes on a schedule that suits your property, fixing minor issues as they’re found rather than letting them build up.

How a maintenance visit runs

01

Schedule

02

Inspect

03

Fix minor issues

Small repairs carried out there and then rather than left to worsen.

04

Report and plan

Findings written up, with any larger work quoted for separately.

Common questions

How often should property maintenance visits happen?

It depends on the age and exposure of the property, but most benefit from a check once or twice a year — typically after autumn leaf-fall and before winter weather sets in.

What’s the difference between maintenance and a repair callout?

Maintenance is a scheduled, proactive check that catches issues early. A repair callout is a reactive visit for something that’s already failed. Regular maintenance reduces how often you need the second kind.

Are bigger repairs included in a maintenance visit?

Minor fixes are handled on the day. Anything larger is written up in the report and quoted separately, so you’re never charged for work beyond the scope of the visit without agreeing it first.
