My ridge system was damaged in high winds. Jordan was found on checkatrade. Plenty of good reviews and local so I got in contact. He phoned me the same day and arranged a timely appointment. He attended and assessed the damage, making it watertight in the process, and provided a quote for the damage. He didn’t hassle or anything for the work and was very friendly and courteous throughout. Gave him a shout to confirm and he had completed in one day, the week of asking. Will definitely keep a note for the future should we get anymore roof damage.

Jordan reviewed and diagnosed our leak problem In the roof. In carrying out the work he identified some additional issues and showed us what he needed to do to fix it. His team were reliable, courteous and excellent at communicating what they were doing throughout the work. The work has been completed to an excellent standard. Quite a bit of debris was produced during the work but the team left our garden immaculate and free from any waste after they'd finished. I would certainly look Jordan up if we had need off any more work.

Jordan and his team a down to earth trustworthy genuine guys. We are very happy with our new roof they did a fantastic job, always got back InTouch with us with any updates and always answered any questions we had. Reasonably priced, paid deposit but didn't need to pay the rest till job was completed and we were happy with everything. Job was completed in good time, just got a bit delayed because of the weather unfortunately but guys worked over the weekend to make sure the job got done. Highly recommend job well done !!!

Choosing a construction firm is always tricky, as the reputation of quality and service across the industry is not good - there are a lot of unprofessional trades who do a sub-par job to make a quick buck. We got three quotes. Jordan at Mastershield was the most expensive of the three, but we chose him as quality is more important and he gave us the most confidence that he would do the job right. And we are very pleased with our choice. He took the time to do the job properly. He redid the whole roof and fixed other bits as came up too. The finish is very neat, and he tidied up immaculately.

I contacted Jordan as I needed repairs carried out on my old roof before winter truly sets in. On first contact he was polite and very helpful so we arranged for next day to carry out a survey. He pointed out where the repairs were needing carried out and even highlighted areas of concern which I am now booked in for next year to have rectified. Overall my experience with Jordan was next to none and I have recommended family and friends to use his cost effective reliable services ! Thanks again
