If the felt underlay has broken down, damage is spread across multiple areas, or repairs are becoming frequent, re-roofing usually works out more reliable and cost-effective than continuing to patch it.
Yes, where they’re in good condition. We’ll check what’s salvageable during the survey and only recommend new coverings where the existing material has reached the end of its life.
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof and the weather during the job, but most domestic re-roofs are completed within one to two weeks.
